As a committee we understand that organizing an event of any capacity brings forth CO2 emissions. While we are busy limiting that as much as possible, some emissions cannot be controlled.

Some of the necessary emissions consist of:

• Food consumption
• Travel of the speakers, companies and attendees.
• Energy use of our location.
• Emissions from logistics.

Even though we limit these as much as possible, we cannot help but feel responsible for any emissions we produce. That is why we have decided to fully compensate for CO2 emission that comes from the 2024 TeMa Conference.
